Provide operations research/ systems analysis (ORSA)
in support of the USAOTC operational testing
mission.
Implement Department of Defense
(DOD), Department of the Army (DA), and Army
Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) operational testing
regulatory guidance.
Perform the quality assurance mission of test
plans and test reports.
Provide analytical consultation services.
Develop and publish instructional
reference materials.
Serve as the USAOTC point of contact for reliability,
availability,
and maintainability (RAM).
Conduct studies, surveys, and tests to improve
effective testing.
